What It’s Really Like Working With Me on Your Wedding Day
Your wedding isn’t just one day. It’s months of planning, excitement, and sometimes stress and you don’t have to carry all that on your own. You’ll get guides, regular check-ins, and someone you can text when the tenth person offers unhelpful “advice.” Whether it’s a coffee date to chat ideas or a quick phone call to talk through timing, you’ll always have someone in your corner.
By the time your wedding arrives, you’ll feel prepared and supported, ready to be present with each other instead of worrying about what comes next.
A Calm, Present Photographer
Your day stays yours, no shouting, no endless shot lists, no clock-watching. The focus is always on what matters: you, your people, and the moments in between.
Most couples say they forget I’m even there, and that’s the goal. When you’re not thinking about the camera, you’re free to enjoy your day while the story is quietly being documented. I’m more like a guest with a camera than a vendor with an agenda.
The Morning: Getting Ready Without Stress
From morning coffee to the final touches, prep stays calm and unrushed. Your friends laughing, a parent’s proud smile, those nervous-excited glances in the mirror, they all become part of your story.
I move quietly, guiding gently if needed, but mostly letting things unfold naturally. These little moments often end up being some of the most meaningful photographs.
The Ceremony
During your vows, you’ll barely notice me. I capture the small but powerful details: a trembling hand, a hidden tear, the way your guests light up as you walk in.
It’s never about staged perfection, it’s about preserving how it felt to be there in that exact moment.
Family Photos Without the Stress
Group photos are simple, organised, and never rushed. We’ll get them done quickly (usually 15–20 minutes) so everyone can get back to the party. Personalities are handled with care, the shy ones, the jokers, the ones who need a little encouragement.
It’s structured enough to keep things moving but relaxed enough that no one feels pressured.
Couple Photos That Don’t Take Over
You’ll never be pulled away for hours. Instead, I’ll take you for short pockets of time, maybe 15 minutes here, 5 minutes there, just enough for a breather together and some natural photos without missing the celebration.
It’s not a photoshoot. It’s a chance to step back, breathe, and really connect with each other before diving back into the fun.
The Reception
This is where the story really unfolds: the speeches, the laughter, the questionable dance moves, the quiet conversations. I move through the room like a guest, catching moments you might not even see happening.
Your gallery ends up telling the whole story, not just the big highlights but the tiny, fleeting details that make your day yours.
Support Beyond the Wedding
Within two weeks, your full gallery is ready, carefully edited and ready to relive. From there, we can design a beautiful album together so your photos don’t just live on a screen but become something you can hold, share, and pass on.
You’ll never feel like I’ve just disappeared once the wedding’s over. This is about connection, not transactions, I invest time in every couple I work with, and that doesn’t end at the last dance.
